Prior to filing for Maryland
Comptroller Race
Annapolis, MD 21054
(06/24/2002) - Maryland Comptroller
Candidate, Gene Zarwell, says his candidacy is viable and will furnish a
disclosure statement showing his assets as idle shares in several ventures
around the world plus receivables from litigation against the State of Maryland
for an undisclosed amount.
Sources say the amount exceeds $100 Million from a
default not recognized by State officials who perpetrated a “Fraud on the Court”
to discredit Zarwell.
Several Top political
appointees, elected Judges, and others still in office continue the cover up of
the State’s misbehavior while obstructing justice to avoid a damages claim for
similar activities by officials in a labor dispute.
Charges are pending in the case against the State to
include several key officials and incumbent politicians including the Attorney
General and several sitting judges.
According to published State Rules and Regulations,
there is no statue of limitations on “fraud” or “collusion” and “obstruction of
justice”.
According to Zarwell, the only limitation is the
amount of time to be served by the perpetrators.
Zarwell hopes to bring some sense of legitimacy,
credibility, accountability, and responsibility of government to the private
sector that pays the bills.
He plans to file before the deadline on July 1,
2002.
Released earlier is a list of issues
Zarwell will bring to the race as well as concerns over how the State does its
business through illegal activities and intimidation through phony legal
actions to discredit or diffuse progress without payoffs.
